Well, I've been confused by the startled look in your eyes...

Today marks Day 1 of a very strict eating plan that Paul and I have devised. We'll be keeping with this one for the next two weeks and then I'm back to Body For Life.

I can do this and I need to.
I spent some time this weekend uploading photos from 2004-2005 and realizing how far I've let myself go.


Dear lordy be! So, it's on like Donkey Kong.


  1. Nothing too new or exciting. It's basically the low carb, high protein, low fat diet. 20 carbs a day, no more.

    Not too great to do for longer than a few weeks but it's a good jump start.

    Body For Life is amazing, though. Have you heard of that one?
